In order for Royal Court to remain complaint, a legal register outlines relevant legislation and regulation for the business, which is regularly updated when any relevant legislation is updated.

Venue Site Safety Induction
When new contractors, staff, or visitors attend the venue, it is important that they are aware of key safety arrangements and procedures, in order to keep themselves and their colleagues safe.

Venue Permit to Work

Onsite Completion Certificates
Once installations have been completed, including rigging, staging not requiring structural engineer (over 600mm), a stage being access by public (any size) it is important to ensure a certificate is produced for the production.

Online Accident Reporting
As a business operating at a variety of sites, it is important that accident and near miss incidents are reported as soon as possible.
This also ensures staff working for the Royal Court can report online securely, without the need to store or keep handwritten forms.

Our online risk assessment tool is available to our retainer clients to use when they are on site. This online tool helps identify significant hazards for general activity. Adding your control measures will allow you to download and share a copy of your risk assessment.
