Construction Phase Plan
A key part of the safety arrangements and controls that have been implemented are during the construction phase. As the Principal Contractor, WR have provided this CPP for all staff contractors and other parties that may interact with the work activity.

Online Health and Safety Induction
All staff, crew, and freelancers working onsite during the construction and derig phases must complete the site safety induction. This induction has been completed on behalf of the Principal Contractor for the build and area under the control of Wild Rumpus.

Build Permit to Work
All structures being built for Wild Rumpus will have an overall permit to work in place. This will be for the duration of the build and will include working at height, lone working, breaking ground, and any other specific works.
Upon submission of the permit, a copy will be issued to the production manager which will be shared with NMA.

Online Production / Technical Risk Assessment
This online risk assessment tool will help production and technical arrangements when dynamic assessments need to be made. Outlining hazard and control measures will allow new risks and controls to be recorded.

Online Site Risk Assessment.
Our online risk assessment tool is available to our retainer clients to use when they are on site. This online tool helps identify significant hazards for general activity. Adding your control measures will allow you to download and share a copy of your risk assessment.

Online Completion Certificate
Once the structure has been installed, use our online completion certification tool to share with the end client or agency. This confirms the trailer has been has been installed safely and is being handed over in a completed and safe state.

Online Accident Reporting
As an event operating over a number of days and long hours, it is important that accident and near miss incidents are reported as soon as possible.
This also ensures staff working for OJ can report online securely, without the need to store or keep handwritten forms.
