Site Safety Information

The event safety management plan (ESMP) outlines all of the key information and plans for the MTV World Stage and Music Week events. The document is used for reference regarding safe arrangements during the event.

As part of the key health and safety arrangements and to meet the obligations under CDM Regulations 2015, the construction phase plan outlines key safety information relevant to the rig and derig phase of the event.

All contractors working on the event have submitted relevant risk assessments, and / or other key safety documents. All safety led documentation is made available for cross referencing, as required for the management of heath and safety at work.

All accidents and near miss events must be reported as soon as possible and when safe to do so. Please use this link to report an accident securely online. We will then share details with the venue if applicable.

If the venue medics attend, they will also notify the venue once treatment has been completed / when safe to do so.
