This is the main portal for the health and safety policy for MSP Global.

MSP Global Legal Register
In order for MSP to remain complaint, a legal register outlines relevant legislation and regulation for the business, which is regularly updated when any relevant legislation is updated.

MSP Insurance
This folder include access to the MSP insurance certificate. This is shared with the project manual and can also be shared as a link elsewhere.
Open the folder using the link below, and upload the in date MSP insurance certificate.
When replacing an old certificate, please email portal@ess-consultants.co.uk and let us know which certificate needs deleting.

Risk Assessments and Policies
You can access technical RAMS as separate documents, together with a blank fillable RAM document for times when you need to create a risk assessment and method statement only for a site specific project.
In addition, you can access other business risk assessments here, inc. warehouse operations etc. and MSP health and safety policies.

Permit to Work
Whilst certain work activity takes place at MSP, a permit to work may be required. Types of activities that may require a permit include (but not limited to) hot works, working at height, or lone working.
Download the latest permits here, and complete them with the operator or contractor completing the work.

Online Accident Reporting
As a business operating at a variety of sites, it is important that accident and near miss incidents are reported as soon as possible.
This also ensures staff working for MSP can report online securely, without the need to store or keep handwritten forms.

As part of MSP’s commitment to the safe management of their events, workplaces and site, any key third party contractors will be subject to a due diligence assessment.

Project Health and Safety Manual
Project Managers at MSP that are required to complete HS documentation for a project can use this link to create a safety manual specific for the event.
Simply download from here, so you are always using the latest version, and edit on your desktop.

Construction Phase Plan
Projects that MSP are appointed as Principle Contractor under CDM require the construction of a Construction Phase Plan.
This plan outlines arrangements and key contractor details (where more than one contractor is used).
Use this document to start and complete your CPP.

Onsite Completion Certificates
Once installations have been completed, including rigging, staging not requiring structural engineer (over 600mm), a stage being access by public (any size) (or installed for dry hire) or other structures it is important to ensure a certificate is produced for the client.

Crew Certificate Upload
To ensure easy access to crew certificates for first aid, FLT, MEWP / IPAF etc. please use this link to upload certificate evidence. You can also share this link to your client.
When you are replacing or updating a certificate that is already in the folder, email portal@ess-consultants.co.uk with the name of the old certificate you need removing.

Equipment Test Certificate Uploads
As part of MSP’s compliance, various types of equipment are tested on a regular basis. This includes, electrical equipment, rigging / lifting equipment, and plant equipment.
Use this link to upload your in date certificates. This is also live in your project manual.
If you are replacing or updating certificates that have previously been uploaded, please email portal@ess-consultants.co.uk and provide the name of the certificates that require deleting.
