Site Safety Information

The event safety management plan (ESMP) for the London Film Festival outlines all of the key information and plans for the event. The document is used for reference regarding safe arrangements during the event.

As part of the key health and safety arrangements and to meet the obligations under CDM Regulations 2015, the construction phase plan outlines key safety information relevant to the rig and derig phase of the event and post screening parties.

All contractors working on the event have submitted relevant risk assessments, insurance details, and any other key safety documents. All safety led documentation is available for cross referencing, as required for the management of heath and safety at work.

All accidents and near miss events must be reported as soon as possible and when safe to do so. Please use this link to report an accident online. We will then share details with the venue.

If our medic attends, they will also notify the venue once treatment has been completed / when safe to do so.
