  • Event Safety Management Plan

    The event safety management plan (ESMP) outlines all of the key information and plans for the event.

    The document is used for reference regarding safe arrangements during the event.

  • Construction Phase Plan

    As part of the key health and safety arrangements and to meet the obligations under CDM Regulations 2015, the construction phase plan outlines key safety information relevant to the rig and derig phase of the event.

  • Site Safety Induction

    All staff and contractors working on site during the construction phase are required to complete the site safety induction.

    The induction provides key information regarding site safety and welfare

  • Contractor Risk Assessments.

    All contractors working on the event have submitted relevant risk assessments, insurance details, and any other key safety documents.

    All safety led documentation is made available for cross referencing.

  • Accident Reporting

    All accidents and near miss events must be reported as soon as possible and when safe to do so. Please use this link to report an accident online. We will then share details with the venue.

    If our medic attends, they will also notify the venue once treatment has been completed / when safe to do so.
